One by length of middle finger and another by width of hand. The Men’s gloves do run over sized, so please size accordingly (i.e. if you normally wear a men’s large glove, you may wear a men’s medium in the WAG.) The gloves should fit snug, so when in doubt go with a smaller size. Women’s are more true size. Youth sizes are the same for both boys and girls. To measure middle finger length, start at the break or bend at the very base of the palm and measure to tip of the middle finger (see illustration above.) To measure hand width start at outside of hand and measure to outside of thumb. Thumb should be perpendicular to middle finger making an "L" shape (see illustration above) for proper measurement. WAGâ„¢ Glove Weights. Lead weights are located on all four fingers, the thumb and the back of the hand.
